Can I receive an instant price for every painting project?
The instant estimate is designed for residential interior repainting. Exterior, commercial and strata projects require an on-site assessment because access, surface condition and preparation cannot be priced accurately online.
What is included in the residential estimate?
The estimate uses the selected rooms, walls, ceilings, skirting boards, doors, frames, windows, robes and property status. The final quotation can be refined after a short review.
Why do occupied properties have an allowance?
Occupied homes require additional furniture handling, protection and staging. Alternative accommodation adds 5%; remaining in the property during painting adds 12%. Vacant properties have no additional allowance.
Do you provide fixed-price quotations?
Yes. Final quotations clearly describe the agreed scope, inclusions, exclusions and coating specification so you can approve the project with confidence.
Can you work after hours for commercial painting?
Yes. Commercial and strata work can be staged by area and scheduled around operations, access requirements and building rules.
What insurance and warranty does Colourway provide?
Colourway carries $20 million public liability insurance and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on eligible painting work.
How long does a typical residential repaint take?
Many home repaints take approximately three to seven working days, but the final duration depends on the scope, preparation requirements, property status and exterior weather conditions. Your expected project duration will be clearly stated in your final quotation.
